Re Thunderbird is one of the best touring bikes in India under the bracket of 1.5 lakh rupees.The new signature headlight and backlight are just an icing on the Stability is awesome .As far as comfort is concerned you can ride this bike for 3-4 hours comfortably
What I don’t like about this bike is that you would start feeling vibrations in handlebar when you go over the mark of 100 kmph and daily comuting is just an headache if you have a habit of splitting lane frequently(as this bike feels pretty heavy) inspite of that the built quality is pretty good. Milage is around 35-40 kmpl
For the maintenance Thunderbird takes 3-3.5 thousand rupees for an quarter of an year
In the end I would say this bike is really awesome for touring but if you are considering it for your daily use think twice
