Review After first service

I bought this bike just to do long trips, I’m passionate doing long trips solo.i need a bike which can easily do max speeds in indian roads.

My mind struggled to make it as my choice because of more negative opinions(my dad too opt for classic model)but my heart clearly make this matte black as bird I should fly in.

I’m writing this after 500 kms of short rides.

First thing I liked is the seating posture, its very relaxed. The contoured seats are really good. Did 100kms of ride easily without sore.

The sheer power you get in a second of twisting the throttle, itnever make you ride below 80kmph of speed.

Brakes are good enough, its not how people said about it negatively.

Handling is the best part of royal enfield, even in city I ride same as my unicorn.

Mileage 30kmpl in city and highway mix.expect max of 35kmpl alone in highway.

It performs well with pillion riders and I felt vibes are less.

You can easily cruise at 90kmph and its the optimum and sweet spot speed. Vibes are felt at below 2100rpm and above 3200 rpm as far I noted.

You can’t expect vibe free ride like ktms and honda but in those type bike I experienced pain in palms and shoulders(great fan cbr250r).

To ride this bike at minimum vibe you have to match the speed with engine rpm thats it.

I haven’t done any changes so far, lights are enough for 70kmph cruising, stock silencer is the best, cheaper mrf doing job well.

Even maintenance is low for this bike and better to do service with enfield experts.

As the other owners opinion Castrol power one and k&n are doingwell for enfield. Going try after free service.
