I write this mail with very irate and frustrated feeling, an experience I had with the executives of the new showroom in Bangalore "Accelerate Motors" in RR nagar.


I am a RE customer since 2011, I own a TBTS 350CC and my brother owns a Standard Electra, and I also gifted a cousin a classic 350 in May 2013 . Recently made a decision to buy the new model TBTS as well. So I went to the above mentioned showroom in RR nagar, Bangalore in Oct’14 to inquire about the new TBTS model and booked the vehicle, I was told the waiting period was upto 3 months, I was promised that they would get the bike within 15th Jan’15.


So on 12th Jan’15 after waiting for so long and not getting any response or calls from the showroom, I visited them to check on the status and after a lot of confusion and bad customer service someone bothered to attend me and then tell me that the bike prices have gone high, while I was upset with the same that no one mentioned that to me while booking or had the courtesy to call me when the prices were increased to keep me in loop, understanding that there was no use talking to those ill informed sales executives at the showroom, I decided to make the full payment, that’s when the executive told me that I would get the vehicle by Feb’15, this took me by surprise I was told I would get the vehicle within 3 months and this is more than that, then I spoke with the Manager Pradeep( he was the one who took my booking) and told him that I wanted to take the delivery of the vehicle before 25th Jan’15 which is my brothers birthday and this was a gift to him, then Mr.Pradeep told me that he would ensure the vehicles would be delivered within 23rd Jan’15  and took the full payment cheque from me.


He asked me to come post 20th Jan to submit documents and it would take 1 day to finish RTO formalities and then I can take the bike on 23rd jan, I agreed and on 19th Jan’15 I went to the showroom and submitted all the documents.


I called Mr. Pradeep on Friday, 23rd Jan’15 to check the status of the vehicle and when I can come to take the delivery, he did not know who I was and told me he was not aware of any delivery today and would check and call back in 10 mins. I waited for 2 hrs then lost patience and called him back and was surprised by the response I got from Mr Pradeep, he backed out on the commitment and told he had nothing to do with it and the factory had not given the vehicles to him hence I need to wait. post arguing with him that I was committed a delivery date by you and not by someone in factory he clearly backed out reasoning he cannot do anything( by far the worst manager I have come across, please train him on customer service) after sensing that he is a complete useless guy, I asked for a superior that I can talk to, he denied the same and claimed he owns "Accelerate Motors" and shunned me away saying he will give the bike next week.


At this point I was very irate and asked him for a compensation, he first denied any support from his end post arguing he told he will check and will get back in 1 day, ( this conversation was on Friday) and today is Sunday haven’t heard from him till now.
