We had purchased just 5 types of products on 25 May 2013 and sofa, Shoe rack, T.V stand with glass item, computer chair and dining table from Royal Oak, Indira Nagar. In spite of bad comments about Royal Oak, we got assurance from their manager that after sales service Jerada and quality would be good. But we were totally disappointed.
All the product received by them was damaged, After following up continuously they trying to rectify the product but still our sofa cover were not replaced & the legs of dining table was shaking, Shoe rack legs were broken The quality of the product were super poor. Past one month 15 days still the covers were not replaced.
Dicken from customer care service visited our place & sent many service technical person taken photograph and confirmed in the email that they will finish entry service by Saturday but we do not know how many days required to resolve the issue. Best part the customer who is in charge of it runs away, never respond our calls .
He is from service call center, manager and regional retail manager, banaswadi centre, Bangalore Royal Oak is absolutely poor quality furniture and worst after sales service. They are playing blame game each other. Don’t get attracted by their sales pitch and value story. Still they are not refunding the amount either rectifying the product.
Very disappointed by Royal Oak.
