I have purchased 2 cots, 2 beds, Recliner Sofa and coffee table from Royal Oak on Mar 6 2019, I have been experiencing worst in service, no one will respond to your queries, customer care number doesn’t work for service and no one will respond for the queries.
Quality of the product is worst, its been a year and fitting in the cots have already loosen up, sofa doesnt look like recliner, already experiencing spring sounds while sitting on it.
I regret for buying at Royal oak furnitures, please don’t do the mistake of buying as they offer more compare to other furnitures, but there service is patetic and product wont last for more than a year.
