I purchased a Dining table from Royal Oak, turned out to be nightmare, got upset and unhappy:-(. All the dining chairs had loose fittings and poor finishing. When I asked about fittings their answer is on usage it will be fine. No bushes were provided. Once its sold that’s it they are not bothered. Overall bad product I repent why I brought from them . Please stay away from these guys, their display items and delivered items differ a lot.
I just feel like uttering all the bad words on them:-( but in vain, at least nobody else should experience this.
