Well to start; if any of you purchased after reading the reviews here then you have only yourself to blame. Come on we have given it a 1 star rating. Below 1 star rating is not allowed on Mouthshut. The company has not replied to even one of the complaints made here. That simply means they don’t care. I ended up purchasing before reading the reviews here and there is not much to add also. Everything written happened with me. Poor sales; bad installation; defective piece. The person who came to install cheated me and asked me to install some plastic shock pieces. They cost Rs 2 per piece and he installed 15 of them and charged me Rs. 400. Kept saying if I don’t fit them my Bed will get spoiled. There were damages and the repair they did worsened it. Pathetic quality of furniture and cheap import from China. Over all its a waste of money and I have only myself to blame for not having done a check before buying the furniture.
