This is Raman here. I had visited ROYALOK Banerghatta Road first time and felt really good about store & expected the best service.
My worst experience ever:
I purchased 1 Kids study table(Order#1920035558) along with clock attached to it which didnt work from day one. I called customer care support on the same day when their person installed it and they said no service / warranty on extra fittings. I met one gentle store manager/representative named Madhusudhan who shared his personal contact number for any issue/concern saying, please reach me, I will take care of concern/issue. But the response from him from that day till now is sucks. he never ever picked my call or called me back.
Order#1920036850: Ordered 1 coffee table, 1 dining table & 1 corner stand on 25th Oct 2019.
I called customer care on 26th to cancel 2 items out of 3, they said, cancellation can be done from store only.
Then I called Madhusudhan 3 times since morning to afternoon(contact mentioned in point-1): no response even after that. Then I sent him whatsapp message with my concern. Worst is: he read the message and didnt reply back.
Finally I left my work and walked to store to talk to them and cancel my 2 items. When I met and asked him, he was not in a position to answer my Questions. Finally he cancelled my 2 items and said money will come back in 30days. Didnt get even single message/communication about my cancellation/refund till today. Madhusudhan confirmed that the dining table will be delivered by 31st Oct without fail. I have not received my order till today(13th Nov 2019). I called Madhusudhan( gentle person / nice response on face who neither picked my call nor replied back yet even 1 time) 2-3 days but no response. Messaged him on whatsapp 2-3 times, his reply used to be like: you will get 2 days and so on but no luck.
Note: Request to all customers: Dont even think to buy anything from ROYALOK to avoid the worst experience.
