I have bought bed from this shop by visiting it. The bed which I have saw and which I received was totally different.
I bought it on 15 may 2017. And very next day I saw drawbacks of the product. The one which I have saw in the store was nice and in good condition but when I received it it has rough texture and low quality colour was used.
It has some cracks as well in the bottom of the one of the leg.
So I called them and asked about the faulty product they said that I had seen the same product on that day. So went back to the store and told manager about the faulty product.
He replied that he was busy and asked me to come after some time.
Who send their customers back in that way. I got really angry so I asked for returning it but they said I cannot return it.
I talked to them again and again but they didn’t listen so I sold it on OLX and bought another new one from another store.
This new one is really nice and as per the model which I have saw in the store.
