Ordered a table one and a half month ago and did not receive the product.
Followed up endless times.
There is no response to the emails sent.
The customer care chat is useless.
After a million tries, when I caught the guys, they keep on saying that the consignment go destroyed and hence they need to replace it, hence more time is required. They give new dates and still do not ship the order.
It has been one whole month and I don’t know what will happen to my money. The order is under processing status and there is no option to cancel the order.
Stay away! do not fall under this trap. Do not fall under this trap. I made the biggest mistake of my life of not reading these reviews before buying stuff from these fraudsters.
I have given up on my money now.
