I bought ADANA TURKISH KING BED. Product not delivered as per description. Storage plywood was missing, they took 1 week to respond to my complaint after rigorous follow ups they accepted their mistake. When it came to replace it they completely denied and I was informed that product is delivered as per description only. Didn’t expected this kind of service from such a big brand. Not at all recommended for furniture.
