Royal Sundaram Team,
This is a big fraud made to me from last 4 days being done by RS team and their surveyor.
The surveyor was the only person who has actually made us to forgive all the things, made big fraud to us, non-performance, non-responding, trying to release from his responsibilities.
Even otherwise, we have to put a case file against the Royal Sundaram team and against on his name as well. Who is he .that he made us harassment very badly?
Brief Outline of the Issue caused:
I have made a purchase of car of 2014 model Alto K10 car model and purchased royal sundaram insurance policy no. MOP3591268. My car got accidental 5 days before and I tried to get first claim of my car after the purchase. It was first claim after purchase of car and the royal sundaram policy.
The surveyor had thorough checked the car, and confirmed all the 3 changes needs to be done and got approved. The three things were front margard, left rear door, right rear back light. The inspection got completely done. But the claim is not being fully provided as it is at 0% charges. Instead they charges INR 1200 Rs which is not feasible. Also, the complete requirements are not being made by them of Body Shop Manager of Maruti team at Kurukshetra.
The location of workshop and insurance is being made at Karnal Motors, Sector -2, Kurukshetra, Haryana(INDIA). The surveyor mentioned all the things will be done. But after 2 days when I got the call and the team said everything is okay and you can get your car.
Once we were there, there was only 1 thing repaired and replaced out of total 3 things mentioned, which is complete disgusting and they are wasting our time completely. No one from surveyor, maruti team and royal sundaram team are ready to check the things to be replaced and actually they are putting their responsibility among each of them. The complete fraud is being done by Maruti team, royal sundaram and surveyor of royal sundaram team, actually royal sundaram team to save their undesired money. Even we have 0% charges for claim and first claim we are targeting. But maruti team, body shop manager declined the changes needs to be done.
Now, they are refused to repair and replace the left 3 things as per the survey done last time.
Completely Disgusting! Dont go with them! Even otherwise, I am going to file a case against them. Specifically for Royal Sundaram team and the surveyor(who is actually the paid salaried employee of royal sundaram)
