My car was parked infront of my apartment and there is a playground just opposite to my apartment. While kids playing football hit my car wind shield glass and developed a crack without making external mark on it. When I claimed insurance the surveyor says its air crack as there is no external mark and which is not covered in policy.
The glass is same original hyundai showroom fitted when I purchased 5 years back. Since 4 days my car is at service center and they are yet to receive photos of my car which is taken by their own surveyor, trying to fool customer. They dont even bother to call customer and update on status, I need call them daily to followup. Sometimes I feeling that wasting my precious time just because I chose wrong motor insurance company.
