Not good experience

Hello my all dear friends today I would like to share my personal experience about royal sundaram Auto insurance.


This is a big froud made to me from last 5 days being done by rs team and there surveyor,


The surveyor was the only person who has actually made us to forgive all the things , made big froud to us , non-performance and non-responding and trying to release from his responsibilities. Even otherwise, we have to put a case file against the royal dundaram team and against on his name as well. Who is he , that he made us harassment very badly.


My father has purchase of car of 2015 model alto k10 car modal and purchase royal sundaram auto insurance policy and my car got accident 5 days ago and I tried to get first claim of my car after the purchase , it was first claim after purchasing of car and the royal sundaram policy .


The surveyor had through check the car And confirmed all the three change need to be done and got approved . The three things were front margard , left rear door, right rear back light, the inspection got completely done. But the claim is not being fully provide as it is at 0% change . Instead they changed INR 1500 RS. Which is not feasible also the complete requirements are not being made by them of body shop manager of maruti team .


The surveyor mentioned all the things will be done but after 3 day’s , when I got the call and the team said everything is okay and you can get your car.


Once we were there, there was only one thing repaired and replace out of totally three things mentioned. Which is completely disgusting and they were wasting my time , no one from surveyor maruti team and royal sundaram team are ready to check the things to be replaced and actually they are putting their responsibilities among each of them . The completely froud being done by maruti team and surveyor of royal sundaram team actually royals sundaram team to save their undesired money. Even we have 0% change for claim and first claim we are targeting but maruti team and body shop manager declined the change need to be done.


So all my friends this is my real experience about this who I have faced.
