I too had a very bad experience with Royal Sundaram. My insurance was expiring on Sept 30th and these people didn’t call, e mail or remind me about the expiry of my insurance. In this hectic work life I kinda forgot about it as well.. a month later I realized that it had expired and on calling them for renewal they are charging around 250 rupees extra for inspection. I told that I wasnt aware of the expiry and it was sad from their part not to inform me. They were so unperturbed to my complaints that finally I changed my provider and now its SBI insurance with free inspection. I am glad I did this!
