Royal Sundaram Health Insurance very slow process

I share my personal experience with Royal Sundaram health insurance. About three months ago I decided to take a health insurance and go there.


Customer service is very bad. The process of account opening is very slow. Staff in the office is not so responsive and not take any work seriously. They have a good range of plans and premiums. But the work process and the claim settlements are very slow.


In my opinion it not reliable.
