The WORST experiance....!!!

I don’t have good words to speak about this . This people are pathetic and arrogant. 6 months back I got a call and I was ok with plan and took medical plan to my mom. They are deducted amount every month and till now they haven’t provided policy documents to me, when ever I call to customer care they will say one word sorry for inconvenience. As if that sorry will vanish all our pain. After that also they will convince us that they will provide the information and that’s never ending story. On 6 months I followed up for 5 times and canceled policy. Not sure still how many times I need to follow up.


Any way this is not at all good insurance company. Please dont belive.
