There are a couple of things that Royal Sundaram can do well:
1) They can chase, chase, chase, and chase again, to get you to place your order; and
2) They are good at cashing in your check when you finally place your order.
After that, they do a FANTASTIC JOB demonstrating that their systems dont work and that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. It has been more than 5 weeks since I placed my order for Auto Insurance Premium. I dont have any proof till date to show that I have auto insurance. Neither emails nor calls lead to any satisfactory answers. Its almost as if I dont exist!!!!!! Agents, Supervisors, and more....pretend they dont know who I am. Yet...I have decent paper trail to show them my situation.
This is unnecessary brain damage!!! I cant believe the most basic functions dont work.!!!!
If this is what they are like when I am trying to purchase a premium, I shudder to think what it will be like if / when I will have to file a claim. Unless solved within the next day or so, I would urge all to give Royal Sundaram a wide pass in considering them for any insurance products.
