This is to inform you that we have been facing the worst ever experience at the hospital.
The staff is totally irresponsible and in-humane. Most of them have harrasing bent of mind with complete authority to take the reputation of the hospital and self-respect of the patient for a fancy ride.
Specially Mr. Saurav and other people at the reception/staff. I would want to lodge an official complaint against them, as these guys mentality is unfit for a service industry.
These guys are unethical in dealings and extremely dirt cheap in there language too. Having such kind of people in hospital is a threat to patients.
