Hello.! I would like to share my personal experience about this hospital. Last year (Nov 2012)I had gone to this hospital for my heart treatment as I had hole in my heart.first time when I got to know about it I was shocked and depressed, but Dr. Rahoul Nagdda was the one who explained in such a way that I didn’t get scared.After the primary diagnosis and treatment procedure they came to conclusion that I am the candidate for open heart surgery.
This was enough for anybody to loose confidence and hopes. But when Dr. Rahoul said.’Don’t worry nothing will happen to you’ this was more than enough for me to have faith, and I believed blindly n I didn’t even go for second opinion. Dr. Kanetkar, man with most experience hands and his team operated successfully in June 2013. This is how Dr Shirish hiremuth, Dr. Rahoul nagdda, Dr. Kanetkar and their team work saved my life.
During the time when I got admitted I was always given special attention by doctors.
Yes.I also observed that the nurses were confused about the medicines and it’s prescribed time, I didn’t face problem in that, as I was educated enough. One more thing when I was in ICU, during night that time I was having back pain due to prolonged single position and I asked for help to the posted nurse and she ignored me. I experienced these disappointing behaviors from few nurses only otherwise had very nice experience with all doctors and Other nurses. Akshata is the best nurse. Doctors are very understanding and co-operative. I am thankful to all of them.!
