Went to ruh for dinner last night. Decor is amazing. someone has really put a good mind to it. I reached and asked for a table for 9. also asked the waiter for a beer as I waited to set up my table.
The guy just disappeared and 20 minutes later..... no beer, no waiter. I raised my voice a bit and they gave me table in the desert area.
Called the waiter and wanted to order drinks..... he said first order regular water or mineral water. We said mineral water....... there again he disappeared for another 10 min. We were upset and asked to be shifted at a place without sand.
They shifted us inside another area........ and from here on......... the service was fast, waiters didn’t disappear and we finally got what we wanted. It was here that we enjoyed out family time and would go back for this. I wish our first 30 minutes was more pleasant.
So for all of you who want to visit, dont sit near the entrance or the sand area. Insist to get a table in the inside airconditioned area. Once you do this, I think you will have a great experience.
