Hello guys, I am giving my experience on Rumi’s Bandra , Mumbai .I have stayed in mumbai for 7 days for playing my cricket match .I have visited that restraw and I faced its bad service and poor quality food and it is very expensive.When I entered , their is no well setteled sitting arrangement , I have ordered some food and they took half an hour to present that dish and very cold dish they present.I have wasted my money and dont having any fun.I have eat a little bit and they keep bill of rs.1370 for two persons and also staff attitude is bad at all.
Food quality is too bad and their presentation is very poor as not a single item they present in a professional way.
No ambience seen that we are in restraw.Less number of peoples are their and so many seats were empty.
Customer service is also bad.I called them 3 timed then they have presented a dish .
Value of money is too high , I will not recommened anyone to go their.
