Then they delay all paper works and send payment demand notice just a week before and if we delay they charge huge interests as the amounts are so high to pay in such short notices.
They deliberately delay other paper works too as they are aware of new govt policies that will add up our flat cost and some how benefit them in some way.Delayed time of possession by 1 year and say its recession and demand all payments as scheduled by them at the time of booking.As if there is no escape to us in recession.HUH?
