Rupay Card developed by Indian Govt. is not accepted as visa, master card, American Express etc, are accepted. Which is the reason it is useless as it is accepted only in India and out of India neither foreign websites. And in India as well it is not accepted everywhere, which leads to problem to the customer and they prefer other famous cards.
Customer service of Rupay card also suffers a lot, they don’t help customers, in fact they themselves are not aware process of the company, so how will they be able to help customer.
In fact business are also not happy with Rupay services as the servers crashes again and again, causing delay in payment, they also face problem in receiving money to their account.
