Hello guys.one of my friend studies Charted accounts.recently he has to pay his exam fees.unfortunately, his card doesn’t have enough credit in it.he asked me and I gave it to him.he tried to pay the money thought the my rupay debit card.it say they wont accept this card for payment of fees.we were like in WHAT.we were in deep shock.all banks are providing this cards instantly as soon as they get application for debit card and on other side its not acceptable for payment of fees.no satisfaction.i switched to visa card
