I have opened my account on co-operative bank last year before I apply for my scholarahip and I have also appiled for atm card. After a month I have received and sms from bank to come and collect my atm card but when I go to collect it they said that my atm card has not delivered to the bank yet
And after soke days I have recieved the same massage to come and collect my card but the same thing happened again.
And besides atm card I have deposit 2000 rupees while opening my account but when I updated my passbook I have only found 1740 as my balance.
I wonder where are the rest of my money 270.
If such things happens their will be no customer in ur bank. So I request the manager to kindly give right information regarding atm card. And is better if the bank stop deducting money from account.
