Emraan Hashmi has delivered consecutive hits since last year. His next fim is Rush but will this movie also emerge as a blockbuster. Well, only time will say that. But the music of this movie is already ruling the chartbusters like any other emraan hashmi does. But this movie is different even for Emraan as well because this movie hit many roadblocks until it was scheduled for release.
Shamim Desai conceived this concept way ago in 2010 but for some monetary issues the project got shelved. Then Emraan Hashmi & Sagarika Ghatge(Chak De girl) were roped in for this movie. All went well until early 2011 when Shamim desai, the director of this movie passed away & everyone thought that this movie will get cancelled but in Oct 2011, his wife Priyanka desai announced that she will complete this movie for her husband & now the movie is releasing on 24th October 2012.
Emraan has claimed in many interviews that his character in this movie was a bit difficult to play. He plays the role of a Crime Reporter in this movie. Though this type of roles are new for Emraan, his fans have already started betting that Rush will be a Super Duper Hit.
