Rustom is an story of a naval officer whose wife betrays him and sleeps with another person and when the officer come to know this he shot dead that person. Whole story of this movie is around this topic. Rustom Pavri, a naval commander has a very beautiful wife called cynthia. An another person called Vikram Makhiza and her sister Priti Makhiza becomes friend of Rustom and Cynthia in a party and then they starts meeting frequently with each other. One day Rustom had to go to london for 6 months for his work and so Cynthia remained alone. So now Vikram’s sister Priti started spending time with Cynthia and Vikram started to try to impress her. Finally one day they sleep with each other. Rustom came early from London but didn’t find Cynthia and finally he got to know about Vikram-Cynthia relationship. Furious Rustom went to Vikrams house and shot Vikram dead. The case goes to court where Rustom fights himself on his own. Lastly some serious corruption in the navy was revealed by him to the investigating officer of his case.
Overall the movie was good because of the suspense factor of the movie which was only revealed at the end. Akshay was good as always. And good to see Ileana after a long time.
