The full form of S.C.M.S is School of Communication and Management Studies. As per the name indicates its not at all a college its still a school. The college is situated in Karukutty 50 km from Kochi and it’s a border between Thrishur and Ernakulam. The college is 6 km away from the NH. So a good peaceful condition is present.
Acadamically the college is good enough.
Notes will be distributed by the teachers itself.
All portions will be covered as per the syllabus.
Placements will be there but excepg 2 or 3 companies others are IT and sales.
The college has got no PTA but they will demand pta fund from you.
Internet fund needed but no wifi and students are not allowed to use mobile.
Special course fees of 10, 000 needed but enquired the original fees was around 800 per student.
Even though student panel is present the decisions will be always of management.
The left politics is now getting strong in the college.
In the case girls safety there was problems of theft in ladies hostel and some girls got disturbance from the security.
Around 20, 000 and 2 laptops are already missing.
The hostel warden was dismissed since a 6000 rupees was missing and the cc tv camera caught her steeling.
