I booked maruti suzuki ciaz in October 2014. One of the biggest dealers in Navi Mumbai. Ridiculously bad service. My sales assistant was Suraj Nanaware. Its been already January and I have not received a single call from their side. Simple advice would be to avoid this dealer. They have too many customers, hence they don’t care.
