SRS Travels have very clean and good comfortable Buses but they don’t do what they promise. Last month I planned to go to chennai in train for 3.20pm Brindhavan express but unfortunately I messed my train. Hence I have to go to Chennai by bus or flight. Since flight ticket fare is high I decided to go in bus. I left to Majestic bus stop from Cantonment railway station. But I did not find any buses available at that time majestic as I reached there at 4.30 and all the buses to chennai has left. One of the broker for SRS travels approached me and he told that a bus is about to departue to Chennai which is a Volvo bus. He took me to the SRS travels office majestic to get the ticket but unfortunately the concerned office person informed me that the bus is moved. But he told me that a last bus is waiting near Madivala and it will depart at 5.30pm and reach Chennai by 11pm. I belived his word and I felt happy that I could reach Chennai as I expected. So the broker person took me to madivala destination at 4.55pm and I thought the bus will move in 5 minutes. I was tensed that I might miss this bus as well. But however the bus was still at Madivala SRS destination. I paid 750rs for the ticket fair and broker took 120rs for auto and 100rs for himself for helping me to reach the destination which is ridiculous and I was helpless. I sat in bus in a window seat hoping that the bus will depart in 2 minutes and I can reach my place by 11pm. But the bus did not depart even after 6pm. Everybody inside the bus started questioning the driver for tge delay but nobody answered us. It is 6.30pm and still the bus did not depart. Atlast the bus departed at 7pm and reached chennai Koyambedu bus stop at 1.30am. They also promised us that the bus is non stop but they stopped the bus in Hosur and 3 more places in between. This is one of my worst bus travelling experience in my life. Thank you.
