I had contacted S V enterprises as my IFB washing machine(senorita plus) has issues with water leakage. They sent a technician Tabrez who told me that there is an issue with outer drum of the machine and will charge 8K for repair.
They also wanted to take the washing machine to their factory to repair it! Fortunately, I did not believe them and did not handover the washing machine. This guy took Rs 350 to find the problem(which actually doesn’t exist!) I called another technician and he immediately found the problem to be with one pipe as it was broken . It costed Rs 275 to be replaced and my machine is now working fine without issues.
Please dont believe technicians of S V enterprises OR even call them. They have no idea about washing machines but will ensure the Rs 350 service charges are paid! And you will feel cheated in the end!
