By mistake I called their service for my washing machine & the technician did something wrong and the machine totally stopped working. After so much fight(visited their office also) they sent another person came and took the PCB and and didn’t come back again. After 2 months another technician came and charged me for the new board to fox the problem.
So they changed me twice in 3 months time to fix the problem & I could have called them more than 1000 times. Instead of calling their service better to scrap the machine & buy a new one & you will get peace of mind. otherwise you will get tortured by their response . I will give negative rating only, but no option for negative rating
