If I were to describe the movie in one line it would be-this could happen to you. this is by far the most’’realistic’’ movie that I have seen. For once we are spared the candyfloss and designer romances!
Vivek Oberoi is superb in his portrayal of Aditya- the lover boy turned husband......and rani mukherjee is great in the by far the best role of he career....she plays the character of Dr Suhani with such ease...its hard to believe that she is acting. the rest of the characters are also well done especially that of dina by sandhya mridul.
Evey moment of the story is so believeable...the way they meet on the local train and the way they get married...(thanks for no unnecessary melodrama!)and the best part is that the ’’ then they lived happily ever after’’ myth is broken and the realistic and true side of life is shown.
I won’t spoil the fun by revealing the plot...but I feel that every single person should watch the movie and feel like falling in love.
the songs are wonderful and hats off to the director...not one of them feels out of place...i think the best shot song is aye udi udi. the shamita shetty number could have been avoided though....but its not bad.
Its very ironical how a simple movie can teach you so much...believe me its just a movie but there is so much that you can learn from it.
In the end I would say that every one should watch this movie.....once you do you will want to watch it again!!
