I had long straight shiney hair. 0 damage. I just asked for a little bounce and volume expecting a few layers. I told him categorically that I did not want to reduce my length. I have no idea what the man was upto. But he completely chopped my hair off. My hair is now shorter than shoulder above my shoulders. It has a horrible, messy, and weirdly assymetric shape. It looks super untidy. I cried for staright two days after the haircut. By God’s grace it is winters and I am having to tuck it in my jacket collar while stepping out. It is so bad that I can’t even tie a pony.
It takes so much time, care, and attention to grow our hair. I am surprised hairdressers like him have such audacity. For me the experience has been nothing short of traumatic!!
