I bought a Hyundai Santro from Safdarjang Hyundai on 27 Feb. Since it was a CSD purchase, they promised to give all the papers within 15 days. this is where the good part ends. Then started a slew of phone calls to them and they just would not part with registration documents. Finally the temporary registration expired on 26 Mar and on my plea, they said that it has been extended and send by courier to my address(it never reached till date). I got the papers on 04 Apr and for extention of the registration, I was given reciept of courier, which on checking on net said that the address was not complete and the courier had been returned. The manager also declined to accept any mistake from their side.
When I tried their customer care, I could only get a service representative who has taken my complaint. I am wondering why I spent 3 lakhs on a car from Hyundai, why not from a better company like Maruti.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THEM.
