I had chosen them to move my goods from Pune to Ahmedabad. They were very rough in packing and handling expensive items very roughly during packing. They sent around four people for packing at the time of loading of the goods from Pune.
I had a very horrific experience when it was time of unloading the goods. They sub-contracted the unloading to some local transporter in Ahmedabad and my goods were very roughly dumped into a very small and open vehicle! I got shocked when they told me that they are not going to unload the luggage to my flat! They demanded the full remaining payment before they start putting the goods off the small vehicle. Finally, I had to abide them and had to load all my goods alone to my flat. That was a horrible experience.
After that I found that several of my goods were badly damaged! My microwave oven was completely scrapped! I also had my computer table and bed damaged badly and so many glass items broken.
I also tried to contact the insurance company "Future Generalli" but they didn’t respond to my claim either.
