I sent my stuff in four of their pre-defined 20-kg boxes from Delhi to a suburb in Kolkata, which reached in six days more or less as promised.
The boxes are good only if you have items that can fit into them and fill up to 20 kg. Not good for large yet lighter items such as linens, blankets and clothes. In this case, its cheaper than DTDC, or at least seems so.
The pick up and delivery was swift, they did not charge me for any extra weight; in fact there was so less communication from their team that you keep wondering what’s happening with your stuff! Their customer care numbers are also mostly busy.
I sent via cash on delivery, which I think is a prudent idea since most companies delay once if you pay the charges. Everything was almost alright until I noticed that the stuff at Delhi have not packed the boxes in thick sacks, as they were supposed to do since I paid for them. The pick up guy seemed so sweet that I left him without giving me a receipt for the same. When the packages arrived they were in bad condition, almost torn and only supported by the sticky tapes I have packed them with.
The bottom line is pay for what you see is being done to your parcel; and pay on delivery if possible. Make sure your parcels are packed properly.
