I asked them to ship my orthopedic matress... They folded it and packed. Without asking or informing me. Now. It has become useless. There is no consumer portal. There was delay in delivery by 7 days . The Pick Up fellow doesn’t take calls. And the Delivery fellow refused to deliver the luggage to my house which was on third floor. Despite that there was lift. He only dropped the luggage to the basement and left. While I had asked them the charges, they had said 7000 . And on the day of billing they wrote 12000 saying the rest is GST and will be refunded. And on the final bill the delivery guy handed, they mentioned GST paid , Rs. 0.
