Hi all, My sister had sent me my rakhi during rakhi 2017 and waht safex express did to me is unforgettable. My sister made the courier 10 days before the date of Rakshabandhan so that it easily reaches me in around 5-6 days but they didn’t do so. When the order was placed then they gave a reference number and to track the package location.
They picked the order from the sender and took to there warehouse and kept their for about 3 days, after that their were no updates on their website regarding the reference number or I should say that they did not update on the site where the package . Soon the day of rakshabandhan was here and they did not deliver . They ruined the festival and feelings of a person and even after making a parcel 10 days ago, they coouldn’t deliver.
I made a complaint on their website called their customer care, the customer call person couldn’t help and advissed to wait. Now the rakhi arrived after 4 days of rakshabandhan . so they took more than 2 weeks top deliver a parcel .I was like’ are you kidding me?’
Never use this courier service, bluedart and ekart are far better . I don’t recommend it to anyone.
