FOR A HEALTHY DIET

Saffola  Masala oats are a must in my household.It is 100% natural whole grain oats, so quick and easy to prepare.As a porridge I  serve it  with  breakfast  and  love to have it when ever I  am  on a light diet and want to reduce my calories.


The Saffola oats Veggie Twist  is  also so tasty with green peas, chopped carrots, french beans.green chillies and desiccated coconut powder, curry leaves, garlic, salt and spice  masala -high in fibre and protien and the aroma too is so very tempting.


Saffola oats can also be made into  a vegetarian soup or use it to thicken a Chicken dish-it really gives the dish a new twist.


Very easily available in large and small Rs.15/- refill packs.
