In this modern world of today and wrong eating habits, many of us have developed high cholesterol leading to high blood pressures. The oils we usually use forcooking our foods at home generally have a very high fat level and often result in raising the cholesterol level of our body. We know we should avoid deep fried food but till how long?


On a visit to the anniversary celebration of a relative, we were all offered home cooked food in dinner.


Due to my high BP and cholesterol levels, we started the use of saffola gold cookingoil in our kitchen, a few years back. Thissaffola gold oil is a safe mixture of rice bran oil and kardi oil and is fortified with natural vitamin E.


In fact, both the rice bran oil and the kardi oil are dry oils.
