Hi, I got my Maruti 800 serviced by Sagar Automoblies Bangalore recently. I am sorry to say that I wasted my time and money there. The mechanics there do not have the expertise to solve problems in a car. They just want customers to spend a lot of money.
My spark plug adapter was damaged and I had asked them to replace it . But they didnt do that, instead asked me to get engine work done for Rs. 25000. My car would’nt start and I ended up wasting Rs. 2000 at Sagar for servicing.
Later I went to a small time mechanic and got my car fixed for Rs. 200. It is as good as new now and I haven’t faced any problems after that. I enquired about the cost of the same engine work at the small mechanic shop and turns out Sagar was charging some Rs. 6000 extra.
I guess you don’t get quality by spending a lot of money nowdays. You have to put some effort to find the right person for the job.
My advice to people, don’t waste your time and money at sagar automobiles.
