I had an idea of buying a Maruti OMNI and stepped into Sagar since its was close to my office.
I was been given (?) as a sales executive who was new to the field and does not know anything about models nor the features in it.
He told whatever he knew on the cars and then took me to a Senior person who was bullying around the customers as well the co staffs.
I made a advance payment and booked the color what I was looking for.
The staffs are that rude that they are not cared about the customers requirement nor their time. One of the staff made a wrong calculation rather kept the hidden charges hidden till the last minute and the offer was free accessories worth 5555 but it was just in their banners they gave an something close to 4000 and got some papers signed.
For any questions I asked I would just get a simple answer as its like that only Sir.
So I regret for the mistake I made for choosing this place to buy my car.
