They are the biggest cheaters in Bangalore. They promised me swift VDI in 4 months if I exchange my old swift diesel with new one and to my bad luck I agreed. They took my old vehicle and make the new vehicle booking in sept 2011, now its almost 14-15th months.
So I filed a legal notice against them and after recieving the notice immediately the sales person Mr. Prakash called up and asked me to take the vehicle. Now the case is going to the court where they have to answer (both maruti and sagar automobiles).
Its wonders why maruti is keeping a dealer like sagar automobile. Maruti sales by its own name not by its dealers, this particular dealer is a black mark on maruti’s reputation.
