Hi friends I would like to share my experience with Sagar sweets which is located in Mumbra near by railway station as I have been buying long time eventually and gradually they started increasing the price for dry fruits then the quality remains same even it gets worst. sometimes I tried to speak with them in this regards and they were like no answer sometime they don’t really bothered to answer the question like why the quality is going bad they say that it is a good quality they always use this phrase they don’t have any answer then I found that the dry fruits which are available in the local shops they are having better quality and they are offering cheaper price as compared to Sagar sweets thanking about that I found that they don’t care about customers as they have already got goodwill available in the market I can say that they have just promotion to get that goodwill as they are not offering good quality of products nowadays there is what I have personally felt have that is my personal experience.
