Joined the company couple of years ago. everything was running smoothly till the India office hired a stupid delivery manager for our process. ever since life has turned for worse. never seen a more immature manager who tries to play cheap politics but fails miserably. tries to be smart but dosen’t realize that he is the butt of the joke. he came down for a party where he tried to act smart but became the joker. Everyone was wondering how he handles the India process.
couple of month ago he just removed the offshore PM who was doing an excellent work and replaced with an immature girl who dosen’t even know how to manage her own work. since then the project has taken a toss and evrythng is haywire. don’t know what made the delivery mamager take this decision. May he gets sm favors in return. u don’t promote a team member directly to a PM role.how can u put sm1 who is rude and dosen’t how to get things done as a PM of a imp project. we feel like being in heel while trying to work with this new PM. don’t know wat the offshore team will be going through.
The higher mgmt has not taken any corrective action against this particular manager even after repeated feedback. the delivery manager even calls some of the onshore team members to know what people talk about him. How funny and cheap. He has no confidence in his own work. In fact doesn’t work. Indians planning to join the company should think twice before getting into this company.
