I had one of the very worst customer experiences from M/s. Sah and Sanghi, Kemps Corner Mumbai. I booked Maruti Suzuki Ciaz Zxi+ in the Month of August 2016. At the time of booking they told me that the car would be delivered within a month’s time.! Also added that it can be either plus or minus one week here and there.! Since I already own a Suzuki Swift Dzire, I agreed to the time frame and paid an advance payment. Unfortunatley they did not deliver the car until 5th November. They were telling they will deliver the car only in the month end November 2016. I had to cancel my booking and said GOOD BYE to M/s.Sah and Sanghi once for all.! BEWARE of M/s.Sah and SANGHI. DON"T EVERY BOOK your Maruti SUZUKI with this company.
I would prefer to give Negative STAR rating for this company.!
