I shifted from Pune to Kolkata in Jan 2015 and was asked to transfer my household goods thru Sahara by my company. First, Manohar Sharma came and quoted me less money.So I agreed and said no to other packers.On packing day, he added service tax+ UNION charge to the previous amount and made the bill 9000 more!.He did not provide receipt for the unuion charge.
Then all my goods were lifted to a small tempo due to which some goods got damaged. My 2 bean bags were taken in a sumo.These guys did not have proper truck even. When I received my goods in Kolkata, sides of my fridge was badly damaged and head-rest, leg-rest of by bed were broken.And those 2 bean bags were MISSING!.
I called up Mr.Pankaj Sharma in Bangalore, he asked for my bank account details and I provided him the same.It’s now 4 months(May 2015)and I have called them over 100 times, emailed more than 10 times, but did not get 1paisa refunded as damage athough I paid insurance premium.
Both Pankaj & Manohar sharma are duping people.Just imagine I had to bear this even after booking them though corporate transfer.Now they are not even picking up my calls.Such a worst company.PLEASE do not believe these two Sharmas and this compan.I doubt if they are ISO certified or not as they claim.
