Hi the experience is a nightmare all of them from Jitesh to Manoj are bastarads to the core. Before shipment they talk so sweetly and after that it is nightmare. Leave apart from damaging the goods they stole items from our luggage.The insurance is fake as no receipt is given.Wish had read those reviews before if you love your goods please for Gods sake don’t fall in their trap they charge for individual lorry load and your goods come up in horrible condition.Please pass message to all around you not to fall in trap of these bastards( crooks is too nice a word for them)
They will not respond to you after you have given them money. God save all from them I believe it is company run by 3 to 4 guys to earn quick bucksThey are not worth any stars . There Delhi staff is also same but not as bad as Jitesh & Manoj
